This 2hr workshop is for you if you would like to learn the foundations of a vinyasa yoga practice. Wether you are brand new to yoga or already have a regular practice, Cara will discuss WHY we practice yoga, and workshop some of the common poses to ensure you are practicing in a group setting with correct alignment and an understanding of how the poses should feel within your own body. This workshop is sure to give you clarity and body awareness, plus confidence that you can practice correctly and safely in your regular group classes.
