The Essence of Living Pilates Level 2 course is one of the most exciting dynamic courses on the market. The 100-hour training course is comprehensive, providing trainers with information not only on the wide selection of equipment-based exercises themselves, but “how to effectively teach them in an inspiring and uplifting way.”

The course ensures instructors will be able to instruct a broad range of clients from special populations to advanced athletes offering modification exercises to suit client needs and outcomes. The course clearly illustrates how to progress equipment based exercises for beginners right through to the advanced clients. ?Teaching safe and effective layering and sequencing techniques to maximize results.

The course will be delivered at the The Daily Dose Studio in Balaclava and require all classes and lectures to be attended and signed by course director.

Michelle is the creator of all training programs at Essence of Living, she also delivers some of the course work as specified. Michelle is the director of two beautiful studios on the Gold Coast and has been running a successful business for over 10 years.


Cara is the co-owner of The Daily Dose Studio and owner of Live Life Well Studio in Chelsea. Cara has has extensive training with Michelle as a Yoga, Pilates, Pilates Barre and Yin Teacher and will be facilitating the majority of the coursework.
