Motivation isn't the easiest thing to find on your own, right? Making it to the mat, eating healthy, and keeping your health goals on track isn't as easy as it sounds. The weather gets you down, you're tired when you get home, and you're always telling yourself you'll go to class tomorrow. Any of this sounding familiar? We know the feeling all too well. Which is why here at The Daily Dose, we want to make sticking to your health goals as easy as it can be. So we want to help. That's where our 12 Week Challenge comes in. Giving you weekly, attainable goals, and keeping you accountable at the same time. Plus, we think they're a lot of fun.

So, what is our 12 Week Challenge all about? 12 weeks of yoga and pilates, healthy eating, mindfulness, and hopefully, happiness.

 

 

THE CHALLENGE:

 

3x yoga, pilates, barre or yin classes at The Daily Dose per week for 12 weeks.

INCLUDED:

 

12 WEEKS OF UNLIMITED CLASSES 

Take as many classes as you like, but you must complete 3 classes a week to keep up with the challenge (you can make up any missed classes over following weeks)

 

GREAT PRIZES

1st Prize - $100 gift voucher

2nd Prize - $50 gift voucher

How do you "win"? Do as many classes as you possibly can - first prize goes to the person who completes the most amount of classes in 12 weeks,  second prize to the person who completes the second most classes and so on.

 

WEEKLY CONTENT

To keep you motivated and inspired, we will follow a weekly theme and provide you with heaps of educational material, video blogs, discussion points and recipes

For online support from your teachers and discussion with your fellow challengers

 

A $35 VOUCHER ON COMPLETION

If you complete a total of 36 classes over the 12 weeks, you will get a $35 credit to put towards your next pass (conditions apply)

 

 

WHAT DO WE ASK FROM YOU AS COMMITMENT?

 

Getting to the mat at least three times a week for the duration of the challenge, doing either yoga, pilates, or yin classes at Daily Dose. That's a minimum of 36 classes all up. If you don't make it to three classes one week you can make it up in a following week. 

Our next 12 Week Challenge starts on October 2nd. After 12 weeks of regular practise, a focus on your diet, and a more mindful approach to your life, you're going to notice some serious results. We all have different health goals; we just hope our 12 Week Challenge can help you on your journey to reaching yours.
