Join Dani on Friday the 10th of November as we mould the fluid movements of yoga with the toning and strengthening exercises of pilates together in a fun Fusion Flow class.  Combining the best of both practices, we will flow smoothly between  pilates, yoga and meditation, weaving these practices together seamlessly. Experience both the similarities and differences of yoga and pilates, with an emphasis on moving in time with both music and breath.
